Make a full port to SNIFS standards, use gsl_cheb_series, define IO-function to access calibration tables, add debug mode (e.g. calibration polynoms).

lambda Observed lambda
coef Chebyshev polynome coefficients
ncoef Nb of coeffs (degree + 1)
xmin Minimum boundary
xmax Maximum boundary
status Error status
