quick_calib

Quick datacube calibration (LFFF, cosmics, flux).

Available options:
 
[-c channel] -i incube [-l flatcube] [-x fluxcalib] 
   [-f] [-b] [-d] [-v] [-h]
Parameters:
channel : Channel (R or B) Default: automatic detection
incube : Input cube (in current directory) There has to be a 'Wincube' and a 'ima_incube'.
flatcube : Spectro-spatial flat-field. Default: use default flat-field cube.
fluxcalib : Flux calibration spectrum. Can be set to 'None' to skip flux calibration. Default: use default flux calibration.
f-flag : Do not ask before overwriting files
b-flag : BATCH-mode
d-flag : DEBUG-mode

quick_cube

Quick preprocessing, datacube extraction and image reconstruction.

Available options:
 
[-c channel] -i inframe -o outcube -a inarc 
   [-l range] [-D device] [-V] [-W] [-f] [-m] [-d] [-h] [-v]
Parameters:
channel : Channel (R or B) Default: automatic detection
inframe : Input frame
outcube : Output datacube
inarc : Calibration arc
range : Wavelength range for image reconstruction (lambda1,lambda2 or all) Reconstructed image will be named 'ima_outcube'. Default: see quick_ima help
device : Reconstructed image output device. ASCII *or* any of the DISLIN devices: CONS or XWIN for graphical window, or PDF, PNG, etc. (the output file is then dislin.*), *or* a filename which extension is a valid DISLIN file format. Default: CONS if environment variable DISLIN is defined, ASCII (no graphical output) otherwise
V-flag : Use variance extension from preprocessing
W-flag : Compute and apply wavelength calibration to datacube. Wavelength-calibrated cube will be named 'Woutcube'.
f-flag : Do not ask before overwriting files
m-flag : Reconstructed image in Midas format
d-flag : DEBUG-mode

Quick supernova spectrum extraction.

Available options:
 
[-c channel] -i incube -o outspec [-l range] [-D device] 
   [-O x0,y0,sigma] [-r robj] [-R rsky] [-f] [-b] [-d] [-v] [-h]
Parameters:
channel : Channel (R or B) Default: automatic detection
incube : Input cube (in current directory)
outspec : Output spectrum
range : Wavelength range for image reconstruction (lambda1,lambda2 or all) Reconstructed image will be named 'ima_incube'. Default: see quick_ima help
device : Reconstructed image output device.    [-O x0,y0,sigma] [-f] [-d] [-v] [-h]
Parameters:
channel : Channel (R or B) Default: automatic detection
incube : Input photometric standard star cube (in current directory) There has to be a 'Wincube' and a 'ima_incube'.
reftbl : Photometric standard star reference flux table
outflux : Output flux calibration spectrum
device : Reconstructed image output device.
x0,y0,sigma : Center and size [sigma] of photometric standard star to be extracted Default: automatic detection
f-flag : Do not ask before overwriting files
d-flag : DEBUG-mode

Quick (I,J)-image reconstruction.

Available options:

   [-f] [-b] [-d] [-v] [-h]
Parameters:
channel : Channel (R or B) Default: automatic detection
incube : Input cube (in current directory)
outima : Output reconstructed image
range : Wavelength range for image reconstruction (lambda1,lambda2 or all) Reconstructed image will be named 'ima_incube'. Default: 4000,5000 for B, 5500,6500 for R
column : Flux column in cube table. Default: FLUX
f-flag : Do not ask before overwriting files
b-flag : BATCH-mode
d-flag : DEBUG-mode

incube : input datacube (tiger-format only, see below)
outcube : sky subtracted cube
x0,y0,labx,laby : center of point object, and labels of coord. columns
rsky : sky radius
skyspec : output normalized sky spectrum (default: $skyspec_dft)
